I support new mothers in two ways. Postpartum doula care (in person, Renton area): daytime, evening, and limited overnight support through the 4th trimester. Nurtured Infant Sleep Support (virtual, newborn to 3 years): a gradual, responsive approach that protects your bond with your baby. Not sleep training. No cry-it-out. I am a trained Nurture Neuroscience Practitioner, which means I studied the biology of infant sleep and how infant and maternal brains develop. I use that to support sleep responsively, with small changes that work for the whole family. I am also a Certified Motherhood Studies Practitioner and completed a DONA International-approved postpartum doula workshop. I offer motherhood coaching through the first year postpartum. Community work: PEPS Group Leader, MomsRising Fellow alumna and Care Caucus Leadership Team member, She Should Run Local Leader Labs, former Tilth Alliance Soil and Water Steward. Outside of work, you’ll find me in the garden or with a knitting or sewing project nearby.

Fee Details

Postpartum doula care, daytime and evening, through the 4th trimester: $55/hour. Nurtured Infant Sleep Support (virtual, newborn to 3 years): $397. Includes a 1-hour intake, an individualized plan, 2 weeks of email support, and a 30-minute follow-up call.
