I could not recommend Ceridwen (and working with a doula) enough. Working with her was one of the best decisions my wife and I made during our pregnancy journey. I can’t imagine having done it without her and she helped make our very positive birth experience possible. Ceridwen supported us through every step of the process, including addressing my own anxieties as a non birthing partner and helping build my confidence as a father postpartum. She went above and beyond with her genuine care, compassion, and support for our family. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the birthing process and gave us practical, thoughtful guidance that helped us feel informed and confident about what to expect. We will be forever grateful for her.

I could not have dreamed up a more supportive, nourishing, empowering labor and delivery experience than what I experienced with Ceridwen by our side. Leading up to the birth, she offered my partner and I curious questions that strengthened and solidified our confidence in what we envisioned for ourselves and for each other through the birth and postpartum experience. I also appreciated her grounding in somatics, and was able to channel our work together as I labored leading up to her arrival.

During labor and delivery, Ceridwen’s presence and care kept us feeling nurtured, peaceful, and restful. She took incredible care of me, saw to my every need, from aromatherapy to helping me shift positions, and exuded tenderness and calm. When the time came to push, she let me know the position options available to me (which I would not have known to ask about,) coached me and helped me visualize how/where to focus my push, while also centering my trust in myself and presence in my own body. Her joy through the process was also genuine, and it was an honor to share the birth of our child with her.

She has continued to support us postpartum, and we are grateful for the ways she brings herself and her lived experiences to her work. I am so glad we chose to work with her and she will always be a cherished part of our son’s life story, from his first moments! Thank you Ceridwen!
