Maaia was my doula, who was amazing in all ways. As a first time mom, she helped me and my husband explore our preferences and create a birth plan. We felt more prepared for my son’s birth. During my labor, she was there all the time checking and making sure that I and my husband were taken cared of. She supported us in every way needed and still considered carefully our cultural and personal preferences. My birth experience was as fulfilling as it was  because of her presence supporting me and my husband in ways that we didn’t imagine possible. She even offered services and resources after birth. I sincerely thank her for all that she did before, during and after birth. My birth story, though it has pain, was the best experience that I could imagine due to the presence of my doula. We are beyond grateful to her more than words can express. Thanks a lot,  Maaia!
