I can't say enough about Zhao. She's so talented and makes sure you attain your Breast feeding goals plus a great postpartum support I could have asked for. 
She was God send when my planned doula didn't show up post birth at the hospital. She stepped in and was hands on all night to help me feed the baby relentlessly. I gave up many times but her resilience and commitment made me feel like a successful mother that 1st night, especially after having a bad experience with my first born. 
Her skills, and compassion are her best qualities I found comfort in. 
I was fortunate to find her help for first 40 days after birthing and at home support was of great help. 
Constant breast feeding support, clean up bottles, my bed, holding and putting baby to nap. Also a great friend to my mom who was around to help me through the birthing. 
We used a lot of language translating apps to communicate tasks and any feedback that needed to be conveyed. She's phone savvy so it was easy to understand each other. 
I would highly recommend her.

I had such a wonderful experience with Shuihong. She is professional and caring. I really appreciated how clean and organized she always was when coming into our home, which gave me so much peace of mind during the fragile postpartum period. She showed patience and gentleness with my baby, handling him with such confidence that I could truly relax and rest.
On top of that, her OB/GYN background made a huge difference that she was able to answer many of my questions about postpartum recovery and women’s health with both expertise and compassion.

Ms. Zhao is an exceptionally professional doula. As a first-time mother, I was very anxious. We connected in the late stage of my pregnancy, and she came to my home twice before labor to provide detailed guidance on diet, exercise, and key points about childbirth. With over 30 years of experience as an obstetrician, she gave me great confidence and peace of mind.

At 40 weeks and 6 days, I experienced a high leak rupture of membranes late at night. Zhao rushed to the hospital at midnight to support me and my husband. From the moment induction began, she stayed with us in the labor room, carefully monitoring my contraction chart and guiding us through each stage. She knew exactly when Pitocin should be increased and when it was the right time for an epidural.

When my cervix showed no progress for three hours, my husband and I became anxious. Ms. Zhao calmly assessed the situation and suggested my husband bring me some sweet juice. It worked — my cervix began to dilate again. That night, she stayed awake the entire time, massaging my back, adjusting my position, and offering me emotional comfort.

Because Ms. Zhao constantly reminded me to rest, I was able to sleep for long stretches during the process. By the time I was fully dilated, I felt energetic and ready. Standing beside me, she gave clear, precise instructions on when to push, when to hold my breath, and when to relax. Her timing was perfect. After just the very first round of pushing, the doctor noticed rapid progress and quickly called in the entire delivery team. With Ms. Zhao’s expert guidance, I delivered my baby smoothly in just over 30 minutes.

On the second day after delivery, Ms. Zhao came to my home to check on me. She gave me specific advice on postpartum recovery.

I am deeply grateful to Ms. Zhao for making my birthing journey safe, smooth, and filled with reassurance.

I am so grateful for the incredible care and support our doula provided during the birth of my daughter. At 45 years old, I knew this delivery could come with extra challenges, but her professionalism, deep knowledge, and calm presence made me feel completely safe and confident.

With her there, even my husband was able to relax a little at the beginning, knowing we were both in capable and caring hands. She anticipated my needs, offered comfort and guidance at every step, and worked seamlessly with the medical team. During the late stage of delivery, the nurse at Overlake even praised her for helping me make big progress with my breathing, which was a tremendous support when things became most intense.

Her gentle encouragement and practical tips helped me stay focused and empowered. Thanks to her, I felt truly supported and cared for during one of the most important days of my life. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a birth doula who combines professionalism with genuine warmth. She was an essential part of our positive birth experience, and I couldn’t imagine going through it without her.
