Includes 2 prenatal visits, continuous labor support until first latch or when mom and baby go to sleep, text and phone support during pregnancy, and 1 postpartum visit with a home cooked meal. For Lactation support I can help with latch issues, nipple pain, referrals to trusted resources, and creating a return to work plan.
