Clients per month: 4 to 5 births and 4 to 8 postpartum families

Postpartum limits/restrictions: Postpartum visits are scheduled Monday–Friday, as weekends are reserved for on-call birth clients. Visits are rescheduled if there is illness in the household.

Volunteer supporting young parents through 71Five and the Medford School District Teen Parent Program, providing pregnancy, postpartum, newborn care, safe sleep, infant feeding, and family education. I also provide community education and resources related to doula support, maternal health, and child passenger safety.

Fee Details

Birth doula fees shown are private-pay rates and vary based on the level of support selected. Birth packages may include 2–3 prenatal visits, continuous labor and birth support, postpartum follow-up, and ongoing Telehealth support. Insurance billing and contracted rates vary by plan and are not reflected in the private-pay fee range shown above. Postpartum doula rates vary based on daytime or overnight support. As a CLC, I also offer extended postpartum lactation support, with rates varying based on the type and length of support needed. I accept private pay and several insurance plans, including Oregon Health Plan. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs vary by individual plan, and I’m happy to help families verify their doula benefits.
