Irina was truly a gift in our birth journey. I had been thinking about hiring a doula but wasn’t quite certain if I wanted to do it. Then, through a friends’ recommendation, I found Irina—and it honestly felt like Providence.

From our very first meeting, I knew I was in good hands. Irina was incredibly thoughtful and intentional in helping us prepare for birth. We had couple  meetings beforehand in which we got to know each other and talked in depth about my labor plans as well as tested various pain management methods. Through these months,  she provided valuable resources that helped me feel informed, confident, and empowered. Whenever I had questions, she always took her time to research on them and then guided me with care.

My goal was to have an unmedicated birth, and Irina fully supported both me and my husband in preparing for that experience. When labor began, her presence became absolutely invaluable. She guided me through breathing, offered different pain-management tools such as combs, a TENS unit, oils, and affirmations, and showed my husband how he could best support me throughout labor.

What stood out the most was Irina’s calm and grounding presence. Even during the most intense moments of labor, she remained steady, reassuring, and completely present. Her support helped me stay focused, strong, and confident in my ability to give birth.

Having Irina by our side made such a difference in our birth experience. If you are looking for a doula who will truly empower you, advocate for you, and support you with compassion and knowledge during one of the most important moments of your life, I cannot recommend Irina enough.
