Attends hospital births? All Hospitals
I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout your hospital birth. I specialize in comfort measures, encouragement, and advocacy, while collaborating closely with your medical team. My role is non-medical, allowing your doctors and nurses to focus on clinical care while I remain by your side, ensuring you feel supported, empowered, and heard every step of the way.

Attends birth center births? All Birth Centers
At a birth center, my role as your doula is to provide continuous, non-medical support that complements the midwives’ clinical care. I focus on comfort measures, reassurance, and advocacy to help you feel grounded and confident throughout your birth experience. While the midwives attend to your medical needs, I stay by your side—offering hands-on support, encouragement, and a calming presence from start to finish.

Attends home births? No Home Births
At this time, I do not attend home births. While I am trained to provide continuous non-medical support, I cannot perform life-saving emergency interventions if complications arise. Because of this, I choose to serve families in hospitals and birth centers, where a full medical team is available to ensure both safety and support.

Fee Details

I will be on call for your birth 24/7 beginning at 38 weeks gestation. Please note, because my fee reflects my on-call availability, preparation, and presence at your birth, the fee remains the same in all birth outcomes, including but not limited to: vaginal birth, cesarean birth, induction, medicated or unmedicated birth, and emergency delivery. In the unfortunate event of stillbirth or neonatal loss, my support remains available to you, and payment is still required in full.
