Tanya my night doula was absolutely wonderful for a few evenings during those precious early weeks. She was attentive, on time, caring, nurturing, and deeply respectful. Her newborn care was great and included feeding, burping, bottle care, baby laundry, and monitoring sleep, which gave me complete peace of mind throughout the night.

Her presence created a very calm and soothing environment. My baby girl warmed to her immediately and slept beautifully, which made the entire night feel peaceful and reassuring. Having this support was such a gift—it allowed me to truly rest and focus on healing during the first couple of weeks, when rest is so essential for mama. I am incredibly grateful for her care and would highly recommend her to any new parent in need of overnight support.
