Words fail me to describe how grateful I am to Meredith for everything she did for me during my pregnancy and labor. If you want a doula who sincerely cares for you, your baby, and your dream birth, Meredith is the girl for you.

I had been planning a home birth my whole pregnancy and Meredith was so supportive and genuinely excited for me! Our prenatal appointments were informative and helped me feel prepared for different labor positions and pain coping mechanisms we would try during labor. At 37 weeks I went to the hospital for some suspected liver pain and was diagnosed with preeclampsia. Meredith wasn't even on call for me yet but she made it to the hospital at the perfect time for when I needed her. She immediately transformed the space with tea lights near my bed, string lights on my labor affirmations poster board, a fan pointed at my face and offered me a foot massage (which I happily accepted). My baby was born about 7 hours after she got there and in that time Meredith was constantly at my side and helped me more than she realized, I'm sure.

I cannot wait to have Meredith at my next birth

Meredith was just who we needed on our birth team. She was calm and knowledgeable and brought helpful insight during pregnancy, birth and postpartum!! Helping us experience a beautiful redemptive birth. I truly believe we wouldn't have had the redemptive birth story without her. Highly recommend her.

From the start of my pregnancy, I knew I wanted an unmedicated birth. As the time drew nearer, I knew that for that goal to become a reality we needed a person to walk through the preparation and the birth alongside us. Meredith was an incredible blessing for both my husband and I. She is so compassionate, kind, knowledgable, supportive, and encouraging. I have always struggled with anxiety and as I navigated anxiety leading up to the birth of my first child Meredith walked with me each step of the way through informative prenatal appointments, encouraging texts, calls to talk through a particularly stressful OB appt., the creation of a beautiful labor environment, a steady presence in the labor room through pain management techniques, advocacy, and even affirmative scripture readings, and encouragment/planning for postpartum. Meredith helped both my husband and I feel equipped for the labor process and she was an integral part of the beautiful, short, unmedicated birth of our little boy. I was able to walk into delivery without anxiety or fear armed with the many resources and calm support Meredith provided for both my husband and I throughout the entire journey. I am forever grateful for Meredith and highly recommend her to anyone and everyone.

I knew that I wanted an unmedicated birth, and I knew that I wanted to find the right Doula to help me with that. Enter Meredith Walker. From the intial consultantion to the incredibly helpful prenatal appointments, I know that I could not have done it without her and her leadership guiding me and my husband throughout the labor process. She was knowledgeable and completely prepared to help us in any way that she could. I appreciated that she checked in with me about procedures and that she made me feel heard. She helped me create a calm and loving environment to birth my baby girl. From the bottom of my heart, I can't thank her enough for helping me bring one of my greatest gifts into the world.
