Hi, I’m Melissa, a DONA-trained birth doula and prenatal yoga teacher serving Gainesville and surrounding areas. Birth is deeply personal, and I’m honored to support growing families with compassion and care. Core Birth Support – $1,000 Thoughtful care through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Includes virtual consult, two prenatal visits, unlimited text/email support, custom birth plan, on-call support from 37 weeks, continuous labor support, immediate postpartum care, and one in-home postpartum visit. Embodied Care Package – $1,500 Includes everything in Core, plus up to 5 private prenatal yoga sessions to build strength and confidence, and three guided relaxation/breathwork sessions with verbal hypnosis for a calm, focused birth.
