I have just moved to Calgary, so my calendar is open! I offer a standard birth doula package which is perfect if you’re looking for steady support without a lot of extras. For those who want to go deeper, I also offer weekly, biweekly or monthly sessions (virtual or in person) throughout pregnancy to give us space to explore the pregnancy and birth process more fully and to create personalized tools, rituals, and resources tailored to your unique journey. Nothing is set in stone! I’m happy to work within your budget and design a plan that feels supportive for you.
