Crystal was my first experience with a doula and attended my first natural birth experience, though my fifth pregnancy.  She was amazing in providing me with any information I didn't have and though I'm an experienced mother, having a natural birth was new territory for me.  She provided counter pressure for me when we were getting towards the end and really talked me through the hardest parts of labor and birth.  She encouraged me to calm down and breath in transition, when I felt I was panicking a little.  It made a huge difference.  She's not afraid to advocate for you and she made sure to know what was important to us before we gave birth.  She was always available for me to contact her and I would highly recommend her.
