Ali Carr is a birth doula based on the westside of Los Angeles and a mama of 3 daughters. She supports families from early pregnancy through birth, in early postpartum and into motherhood. Rooted in both ancient wisdom and science, her work helps parents unearth their inner knowing and feel informed by evidence, so they can navigate birth and parenthood from a place of alignment and confidence. With reverence for birth as a rite-of-passage, Ali brings a slow, nurturing approach so her clients feel held in the sacredness of this special time, while also empowered in their capabilities and knowledge.
