In addition to that, she is very flexible, attends appointments with you, meets doctors, keeps track of what your questions and plans are for the doctor and even provides support during prenatal hospitalizations. Highly recommended!!

I am currently in my last month of pregnancy and Shaneek has been thee best doula thru out my entire pregnancy. She kept my diet on point, made sure I stayed hydrated, made sure I moved around, helped me with breathing exercises when I had break downs!!! Being that this is my first child and I'm epileptic she took extra care to make sure I stayed calm and took my medications and prenatals every day!!! She's currently preparing meal plans for me afterwards and breast feeding tips. She's explaining to me everything I thought I knew in detail and is making my experience less stressful ?? I was scared at first to give birth but now I'm very excited and ready knowing she will be there to support me ??????
