We have been so impressed and grateful for Abby's help during my early postpartum journey. Her calm And confident demeanor gave me the courage to let my guard down enough for someone to care for my baby other than myself. This was much needed as a new mom because my fear and Anxiety was getting worse with lack of sleep. While my feeding journey for my baby changed from nursing to pumping to weaning, Abby was there to support me by caring for my baby while I slept and navigated my own thoughts and feelings. She was able to give valuable insight to the newborn stage and give me tips and tricks on how to get through the evening with my baby a little more efficiently! This helped me save time and put him to bed, faster and more comfortably. Abby was incredibly validating to me during this difficult and life-changing journey and I'm so grateful she was able to support me during this beautiful transition. I absolutely 100% recommend Not only having a night Doula for help, but I recommend Abby herself , as her sweet personality is exactly what every anxious new mother needs. Thank you so much for your service Abby! Ps our dogs absolutley loved her also!

We knew we were in the best possible hands with Abigail from day one. Throughout our pregnancy, Abigail took the time to really get to know our values and our hopes for the birth experience. She met with us several times to talk through every detail, from pain management preferences to communication styles. She also went above and beyond by sending resources to help us feel confident and informed about our choices.
When it came time to create our birth plan, Abigail’s experience made all the difference. She helped us think through things we wouldn’t have known to consider and made sure our plan reflected our values while staying flexible.
During labor and delivery, she was a source of calm reassurance. Abigail coached us through positions and breathing techniques that helped labor progress and kept me as comfortable as possible. She was attentive not only to me but also to my partner, ensuring he felt supported and knew how to help. She asked us the right questions and was never too pushy or too distant. In the birthing room, Abigail was an invaluable advocate—asking thoughtful questions of the medical staff, beyond what we thought were educated questions we had asked the hospital staff first, helping us understand our options, and making sure our voices were heard at every step.
We didn’t have family in town, so Abigail was the warm and compassionate safety blanket for us. She was always prompt, organized, and fully present, balancing knowledge and empathy in a way that’s truly rare.
Looking back, we can’t imagine our birth experience without her. Abigail helped us stay calm, connected, and confident through one of the most intense and beautiful experiences of our lives. We’re endlessly grateful for her care and would recommend her to anyone looking for a doula who is both deeply skilled and genuinely kinrd.
