Alexi was the perfect support for postpartum. Her calm and reassuring presence helped me navigate a lot of the emotions and changes that come with the post birth experience. She was able to help me focus on nourishing myself and connecting with my body in addition to household and baby care. We did things like bodywork, light movement, reiki, sitz baths, foot soaks, belly binding, yoni steaming, and more. Her food is delicious and I was always excited to try her next meal. She is great with reading the room and determining what mom needs most. I also found her very resourceful where I didn't feel like I always needed to help guide her where things go or what to do. I highly recommend Alexi to anyone looking for some additional postpartum support!
