From the moment I met Keely, I felt an incredible sense of calm. She was not just a valuable resource for information and guidance in the weeks leading up to my birth, but she was an absolute essential presence during my labor.

During the most intense moments, her steady presence was just the anchor I needed. Keely knew exactly what to say and when to say it, offering gentle encouragement and  compassionate touch. She seamlessly worked alongside the hospital staff, while ensuring a supportive environment.

She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was a hand to hold, a quiet reminder to breathe, or the perfect counter-pressure during a contraction, her intuition was remarkable. She empowered both me and my partner, making us feel capable and strong throughout the entire process.

Beyond the labor, her postpartum follow-up was invaluable. She provided a listening ear and practical advice that helped us navigate those first few days at home with our new baby. Choosing Keely as our doula was the single best decision we made for our birth experience. We are so incredibly grateful for her guidance, strength, and unwavering support. I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone seeking an empowering and positive birth journey.

Keely brought so much love and intention to every meeting. We felt prepared and well informed for what to expect for our first birth. She guided us through so much thought around how we envisioned our home birth. I felt so comfortable and cared for through the process and even to debrief the birth.

My husband and I adore Keely and highly recommend her, especially for first time parents.

Hiring a doula you want someone you'll feel comfortable being vulnerable and open with - someone you can cry with, be naked in front of, comfortable receiving touch from, and willing to reach out to when pregnancy challenges arise. Keely is all this and more!! 

Before birth, Keely provided us with education and resources for birth and labor stages, including movement exercises and tools to prepare for labor.  I was much more prepared with her advice and knowledge.  

Labor:  Keely, my husband, and I labored together. With her support,  I was transported into deep meditation as she sounded with me through each contraction. With Keely by my side, I felt safe and strong.  

She also was tuned into my partner.  I wanted him close which meant a lot of squatting for him. She found him chairs and encouraged him to eat too.  

Her care and support has continued post partum.  We love her and would absolutely encourage others to invite her into their birth team.
