Fee Details

My fee for the services described above. The fee shall be paid as follows: Half as a non-refundable retainer fee, due upon signing; The other half due at 36 weeks of pregnancy (or within 5 days of delivery if delivery is before 36 weeks) If fees for services need to be paid in more than two payments as described above, 3% will be added to each transaction for credit card processing.
