With over 23 years of experience as a birth and postpartum doula, clinical hypnotherapist, lactation educator, and author, I offer compassionate, personalized support through every stage of pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period. My services include prenatal visits, continuous labor support, postpartum care, and guidance in newborn feeding and bonding. I draw on a rich toolkit—hypnosis, aromatherapy, massage, breathwork, and evidence-based education—to help parents feel informed, empowered, and nurtured. Each family’s needs are unique, and my role is to create a calm, supportive space while honoring your values and choices. My approach is hands-on, heart-centered, and grounded in decades of experience with over 1,100 families.
