Sarah is compassionate, informed, non- judgmental, empathetic, and kind. I can’t imagine my birth and postpartum experience without her. Our marriage, relationship with our baby, and our new identities as mother and father have all been touched by her grounding advice and careful preparation. When I recount the visits we had with Sarah with my friends who recently delivered their babies and even ones that hired doulas, people are consistently impressed with what we tell them about our experience with Sarah. She is truly a special person and incredible doula.

There is so much more I could say. I hope this review helps more families find Sarah, being a doula is truly her calling and families are better for working with her.

Sarah has been by my side for two of my births—each profoundly different, and both equally life-changing. She supported me, alongside hospital-based midwives, through the unimaginable loss of my first son, who was stillborn at 37 weeks. And she stood beside me once again for the emotional, healing, and empowering early-term induction of our daughter, supported by our wonderful OB/GYN.

Sarah’s innate wisdom, grounding presence, unwavering support, and fierce advocacy carried me through both the darkest and most transformative moments of my life. Each of my births has marked a powerful transition into a different version of motherhood, and Sarah has been there for every step of that evolution. Her passion, deep knowledge, and confidence are truly invaluable—whether you’re pregnant, giving birth, or finding your way through the early postpartum experience.

Working with Sarah was one of the best decisions we made. She was everything we needed—but didn’t even know we needed. Her caring and gentle presence made us feel completely supported without ever being invasive.
