Tier 1 ~ offers in home support. I can baby wear, clean, show you new-born baby tricks for sleep and cook nourishing food (for all ages). I’m warm, relatable, and easy to have around the house. Tier 2 ~ This is for my PELVIC FLOOR CARE bodywork. ($140 initial, $120 follow up, packages/memberships available). This work allows for birth preparation, birth healing/processing. So much happens in the portal of birth, and women hold it so deeply, while in the beautiful & exhausting postpartum window. Whether you are looking to conceive, are nearing birth, gave birth last week, or many years ago— I have learned, through my birth experiences and multiple trainings, ways to help us work through trauma and update the nervous system. Through body work, therapeutic talking and ritual, I can walk with you to find an integrated way of healing.
