We hired Waneza December 2025 for 12 weeks for our newborn. I will cut to the chase. She is a no-brainer to hire. She is very clear and responsive over text message, she arrives right on time and is very reliable, she's a great communicator in person, she has a vibrant personality, but also gives you confidence that you are in great hands with her. Through and through, she's a consummate professional. Most importantly, of course, is how good she is with babies. Our daughter responded well to her from the very first night. Over a total of 40 nights, everything went well. Every morning she sent a detailed summary of the night before along with advice which was extremely helpful. We have hired multiple night doulas over the years and Waneza is absolutely the best.
