We've had the pleasure of working with Tayla for two months. Over that time, Tayla has been very reliable and consistently arrives prepared to care for our newborn twins for the night. She has helped them develop independent sleep habits and sleep for longer stretches than we expected at this age, often around 4 hours and occasionally longer.

She is able to manage both babies at the same time with little involvement from us, which has allowed us to get much better rest overnight. Each morning, she provides a clear summary of the night, including how much each baby ate, anything eventful that may have occurred, and shares practical guidance on how we can continue supporting their sleep habits.

As new parents to twins, we are still learning, and it has been reassuring to see her confidently handle overnight care on her own. She has constantly assured us on our babies behavior being normal and that their bodies are still developing/growing. We would recommend her to families looking for experienced overnight support, especially those with twins.

During her time with us, Tayla successfully guided us onto the right track. She expertly demonstrated essential baby care—including swaddling, soothing, bathing, and feeding techniques—and provided crucial breastfeeding support. Most importantly, having Tayla allowed both my husband and me to gain much-needed rest and recovery time.
