Postpartum limits/restrictions: No limits

Attends hospital births? All Hospitals

Attends birth center births? Some Birth Centers
Only if licensed midwife or doctors present

Attends home births? Some Home Births
Only if two midwives present as well

Hi! I am a Kelowna based birth and postpartum doula who is eager to help you on your birth journey. I am a firm believer in informed consent, creating the birth goals of your choice and aiming for them with your medical team as well as offering support physically and emotionally during the process. I have a special place in my heart for fellow moms of miscarriage, stillbirth or other fertility struggles. Navigating birth after these moments can be full of anxiety and fear - I am here to help you!
