Birth Support -- This plan includes - 2-3 personalized prenatal appointments for birth planning, preparation, and emotional connection -- Unlimited phone, text, and email support throughout your pregnancy -- On-call encouragement and support leading up to your due date -- In-person guidance during active labor and birth, ensuring you (and your partner, if applicable) are seen, heard, and honored -- One postpartum visit to debrief, assist with feeding and recovery, and support your transition into parenthood. Additional prenatal or postpartum visits are always available — let’s talk about what kind of care feels right for you. I’d love the opportunity to support your growing family with evidence-based techniques, warmth, and the open-hearted presence of a steady hand.
