Aidyn was an incredible part of my care team. Aidyn was also great at maintaining constant communication and clear about expectations and what services she would offer.
Aidyn stepped up after my first doula had to cancel due to a family emergency. She was able to meet with me multiple times in the months leading up to my due date and was always available to answer questions. My doctor did not spend a lot of time explaining things to me, and Aidyn thoroughly explained things to me to help me feel more in control and more aware of what to expect. She was extremely knowledgeable and in the rare cases where I had obscure questions, she would research and send me the information following our meetings. She never influenced my preferences, instead provided an unbiased explanation of all of my options so that I could make decisions for my birth plan, helped me feel comfortable leaving some decisions to be made at the time when I was unsure, and supported any decision I made.
I had a long and complicated induction about 1 1/2 weeks before my due date. I had a great care team at the hospital for the most part, but it was great having a single person to stay for the entire experience even when changing nurses and delivering OBGYNs. I also relied heavily on her when I was too exhausted to ask the right questions or to advocate for myself. The other great thing is that she was there for my spouse, who was not a fan of hospitals.
I am also plus size, and she provided some great advice specific to my needs as well as modifications for birthing positions that were safe for my SI joint/pelvic floor dysfunction.
I highly recommend working with Aidyn!

Working with Aidyn was such a wonderful experience. She was so kind and gave expert care with our baby, allowing us to get much needed sleep in the early days. We are so grateful for the time she was able to support our family and would recommend her to anyone searching for a postpartum doula.

Ayden My Birth Doula was an absolute lifesaver throughout my entire birth journey. From our prenatal visit to postnatal support, she was incredibly informative, knowledgeable, and always on time. She helped me understand what to expect, even knowing that birth can be an unexpected process at times, which gave me confidence and peace of mind going into labor.
As a single mom by choice, Ayden was especially respectful and empathetic to my unique needs and how they differ from those of a couple. She was deeply supportive, caring, and thoughtful, never dismissive, and always made me feel seen, understood, and honored in my experience.
During birth, Ayden was kind, nurturing, and remarkably calm. Her lovely positive affirmations and strong, grounding words helped me stay focused and empowered. Her intuitive guidance, especially with birth positioning for pushing was invaluable, and she attentively nurtured all of my needs, from snacks and water to maintaining dim lighting and a peaceful space.
Giving birth to a blessing of Christmas baby... unfortunately for me turned into travel nurses, and guest midwives and nothing going as planned. Yet, Ayden created calm within the chaos. She helped keep me grounded and feeling safe, and knowing she was by my side brought immense comfort. Her postnatal visit was just as supportive and reassuring, helping me process the experience and feel cared for beyond the birth itself. I truly cannot imagine my birth experience without Ayden’s support. Truly a Doula Angel Sent to help bring my baby girl into this world safely and as calm as possible in the unknown.

Working with Aidyn was an amazing experience! From our very first meeting, she brought such a warm, calming presence that immediately made us feel supported and confident about our pregnancy and birth journey. Throughout pregnancy, she provided thoughtful guidance, evidence-based information, and emotional reassurance that truly helped us prepare in both body and mind. She always made sure to ask what we wanted to make sure to discuss or go over to ensure all our questions were answered.
We ended up having a very short but eventful labor and delivery. Without Aidyn advocating for our needs and wishes and making sure we were comfortable and supported, we would have really struggled with how fast everything was moving and would have felt much more traumatic. Aidyn made sure we were comfortable, had everything we needed (and helped get it for us if we didn't have it). The physical and emotional support she provided during labor and delivery was vital and we are still so thankful that she was there with us.
After birth, she continued to check in and offer postpartum support and was ready to help out in any way she could while I was dealing with the onset of postpartum depression and anxiety. She has been helping us navigate these first weeks with care and compassion and we can’t imagine having gone through this journey without her.
If you’re looking for a doula who is knowledgeable, kind, and truly dedicated to helping families feel informed and empowered, I cannot recommend Aidyn highly enough! Truly one of the best decisions we made for our pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey.
