Advocate for birth equity. Hands That Hold offers a mentorship program for new Doulas along with the Doula Access Fund that was created to support those who need financial assistance with receiving Doula support.

Fee Details

My pricing reflects the care, time, and commitment I pour into each family I work with As well as my trainings, certifications and years of experience as both a private and community based doula. To ensure accessibility, I am also Medicaid certified (County Care, BCBS Community, Meridian, Aetna Better Health). As your doula, I’m here to walk alongside you, teaching you how to advocate for your needs, providing emotional support, sharing evidence-based resources, and being on call 24/7 as you prepare for birth and beyond. I also offer add-ons so families can personalize their experience and get the support that feels right for them. This work is about making sure every family feels seen, supported, and empowered, and my rates help me keep care equitable through sliding scales, payment plans, and a doula access fund for those facing financial barriers.
