Get my full Doula support package for $600. This includes: 1) Two prenatal visits where we'll work to craft your birth plan and practice labor positions, pain management techniques, relaxation methods and more. 2) Unlimited phone consultations 3) Continuous, hands-on coaching and support throughout labor and birth, including: aromatherapy, massage, meditation, position changes, counter pressure, complementary photography and video and more. 4) One postpartum visit to debrief birth, provide lactation support, and help transition to new motherhood. For an additional $100, I will produce a 5-minute edited birth video, set to music. Shot on DSLR and iPhone. Birth is a transformative experience, not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I'm here to advocate for your birth, YOUR WAY, and ensure it's a joyful, empowering experience.
