In addition to my Birth & Postpartum Doula training, I am a certified Infant Toddler Family Specialist who has over a decade of advocacy work for equity to ensure that every community has access to prenatal, birth, maternal, infant and young child supports and services. I have also served on the Board of Directors for a Transitional Housing Non-Profit that provides a safe, nurturing and social learning environment for unhoused and at-risk young women.
I believe that everyone should have access to doula services. Tiered pricing/alternative payment options available. Birth Blessing Ceremonies are available for an extra fee.

Beth provided doula services for our first labor that was intended to be a home birth but turned into a hospital transfer. Beth was great and stuck with us for the whole entire 3 day process. She checked in multiple times before labor started as well and was super thorough with making sure she undersetood my husband and I's desires for our birth. During the actual labor Beth was great support to not only me but my husband as well, trying to protect our energy as much as she could, and during our transfer, Beth was super encouraging and made me feel supported even though it wasn't in our original birth plan. Thank you again Beth, we are so grateful for you!

I’ll start with the main takeaway: Beth is an amazing doula, and I highly recommend working with her if you have the chance!
My husband and I are first-time parents, and no matter how much you read or prepare, it was such a reassuring gift to have Beth guide us through our first month of parenthood. She has such a calm and warm presence, and I felt incredibly comfortable with her during such a vulnerable time.
One of the things that stood out most to me was how knowledgeable she was about the specific topics I was interested in. I encourage you to review the “Special Services Offered” list on her profile — it is long and she has so much experience and knowledge to pull from on each one! She often would send me resources after our conversations as well to do a deeper dive (i.e. a podcast on cosleeping, a resource for cloth diapering, a helpful instagram profile to follow). She helped us with cloth diapering, elimination communication, cosleeping, babywearing, and activities to support our baby’s growth and development. She even has her own library of baby carriers so you can try different styles and find what works best for you!
One of Beth’s superpowers as a doula comes from her day job as an Infant Toddler Family Specialist with DHHS — she has years of experience supporting families and helping children reach their potential. Additionally, she’s an incredible cook! I could write an entire review about her delicious soups and lactation cookies. They were exactly what I needed after birth and will always be a comforting memory from the newborn days.
Beth provided such calm, knowledgeable, and nurturing support. We’re much more confident and well-equipped parents now thanks to her. Highly recommend working with Beth!

Beth was a truly wonderful resource to have! I ended up delivering earlier than expected and she was so helpful. Between helping me out around the house or with errands and helping me figure out what feeding looked like with a preemie. she also helped me with resources for early interventions with my newborn. She's very knowledgeable and just an overall wonderful person to be around. I highly recommend her!

Beth is the best! Kind, empathetic, compassionate, informed, thoughtful, and helpful. She is willing to jump in so many areas- whether it's holding baby for a much needed postpartum shower, bringing nutritious meals, or problem solving feeding issues. She offers decades of early childhood knowledge and wisdom both personally and professionally, and is an invaluable asset in the vulnerable postpartum time. The days that Beth came over were bright spots for us- we are so thankful for her!
