I met Refiloe when I was 2 weeks postpartum. As a first-time parent, my husband and I didn't know just how much help we would need during the night, and Fifi was our lifesaver. Fifi has a natural love for kids, which explains her instinctive care for babies. She is highly empathetic, and the way she supported my husband and me throughout the six weeks we spent with her, as well as how she skillfully cared for my baby, really put my mind at ease.
