Shannon was such an amazing part of our birth team. After delivering my first baby via C-section overseas, I was nervous about navigating the hospital system in the U.S. and advocating for the vaginal delivery I wanted. Shannon was a reassuring and calming presence throughout both of my subsequent pregnancies and during labor and delivery. She helped me to understand my options and what to expect. She also provided support when my second baby went two weeks past his due date. I cannot recommend her enough!

We were late to the game on deciding we wanted a doula for our birth at 36 weeks, but Deanna agreed without hesitation to be our doula. From the beginning, Deanna's kindness and love for birth shown through. She made sure we were informed about all things birth including more than we learned at the hospital classes. Her empathy and experience were exactly what we needed during birth, and we were SO thankful for her support and giving my husband a break from comfort measures when he needed them. We also appreciated her Christian faith which accompanied ours to bring God into our birth. 5 out of 5 stars for Deanna! :)
