My birth doula services are offered in three tiers so families can choose the level of preparation and support that feels right for them. Essential Birth Support includes a virtual birth planning session, a 1–2 hour prenatal visit, continuous labor support through birth until transition to the postpartum room, and one postpartum follow-up visit. Birth Preparation Package includes everything in the Essential package plus a private childbirth education session to help families feel informed and confident going into labor. Signature Birth & Body Package includes all previous services, along with a partner support visit focused on labor comfort techniques and a 60-minute prenatal yoga session designed to help prepare the body and mind for birth. I aim to provide calm, compassionate, evidence-based support so families feel prepared, supported, and empowered throughout their birth experience.
