It was a pleasure having Jessica part of our nights for 6 weeks. She cared for our identical twin boys for 3 weeks when they were two months and 3 weeks when they were 3 months. She had open communication pretty much 24/7 through text. She would make herself available for phone call or in person conversation as needed. 

She assisted with feedings, changing diapers, bottle washing, throwing out trash, folding baby laundry, sweeping and cleaning baby room. She even helped with small task around the house.

She took direction pretty well and if she didn’t understand something she would ask clarifying questions. She provided nightly notes that she texted to me right before the end of her shift so I had time to read before she left. She let me know if she saw anything off with routine or anything that came to mind.

I do want to say trust was the biggest hurdle I needed to overcome when it came to caring for our boys especially during the night. If I had more children I would 100% hire her again. I TRUST her with my baby boys and would recommend her to anyone else. We were able to sleep soundly knowing that she was caring for our boys.

My family and I are beyond grateful for Jessica and the care she provided to our daughter. She really went above and beyond to make sure our daughter was well cared for at all times. She's always shown patience, reliability, and care to my family. I couldn't be happier with choosing to have Jessica by our family's side!
