Postpartum limits/restrictions: I can do cleaning, helping mom, taking care of baby but no cooking please.

I am a Mama of 2 grown children. I have experience with children and child birth within my own experiences, my family and my doula Clinicals. I have been an entrepreneur for many years and a Paralegal. I have done a lot of work with families that used the following services- women helping battered women and refugee resettlement. I have worked with families from all walks of life and have an extensive background of helping and supporting others. I have a love and passion for helping others. Now, that my kids are grown, I would like to give back to helping mom's with their birth, postpartum and motherhood experience. Fee Details

Birth doula - $1,200 includes 10 hours of physical support, text messaging during contract, 1-2 pre-natal visits, 1 home visit after birth. Additional hours can be purchased after the 10 hour limit. Postpartum - $40/hr includes baby care, bottles, baby laundry, stocking nursery items, breast pump cleaning, other tasks could be negotiated (no cooking)
