As someone who struggles with anxiety, pregnancy brought up a lot of fear for me. I knew I needed more than what my OB was giving me for care in the short visits I had with her. I needed someone who could help me feel safe and grounded. Dayna was exactly that. She listened without judgment and helped me prepare in ways that truly calmed my mind. During labor she stayed so present and reassuring that even when things felt intense, I didn’t panic. I felt genuinely cared for. After the birth her continued support made a huge difference in my healing and confidence as a new mom. I can’t imagine having gone through it without her.

Having Dayna by my side made all the difference. She brought such a calm, grounded energy that helped me stay present, even when things got intense. There were moments I wasn’t sure I could do it, but her quiet confidence in me helped me find my own. I felt safe, supported, and completely respected. My birth turned out to be more beautiful and empowering than I ever imagined. I know a big part of that was because she was there. She made me feel safe and taken care of. She believed in me. My birth was incredible and I know it was because she was with me through it all. 

I'm SO glad she taught me what NOT to do in labor because this time around with my second baby, the pain wasn't nearly as intense. I wasn't scared this time either, which made it be a million times better than my first birth. I'm so grateful for all she did to prepare my husband too! He cried when he caught our son. (which he learned he could do thanks to Dayna). If you want your dream birth, book her! It will be the best decision you make as a pregnant Mom. Now, I'm still breastfeeding at 11 months and she also has helped me with that this whole year. I'm so grateful!
