Birth doula packages can include: 2-4 prenatal appointments; optional prenatal classes on caregiving, labor, breastfeeding, and family boundaries; shower registration/nesting support & energy work—sliding scale for LGBTQ/BIPOC/Undocumented beloved community, capacity limited.
