With 10+ years as a nanny and household manager, my approach as a doula is deeply attuned to family rhythms and the tenderness of inviting support into your home. YOU are the expert on your body, your baby, and your life—I’m here to walk beside you with care that’s balanced, intuitive, and nourishing. Services include: postpartum support (day + overnight) | $36–40/hr, meal service (in-home or delivery) | $40–45/hr, prenatal nesting prep | $36–40/hr, and custom care rooted in both tradition and evidence-based practices (consult for pricing).
