I provide continuous labor support at hospitals and work collaboratively with medical staff to ensure respectful, evidence-based care. I’m familiar with many local hospitals and can help you navigate policies and advocate for your birth preferences.

Relevant volunteer or advocacy work

Currently pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) with a focus on perinatal mental health. I’m completing my internship with Postpartum Support International, where I support families experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and help expand access to mental health resources. Passionate about advocacy, education, and holistic care for birthing people.

Fee Details

My birth doula package includes 1–2 prenatal visits, continuous labor support, and 1 postpartum visit. Packages range from $1,000–$2,000 depending on services and location. I offer payment plans, sliding scale options for qualifying families, and reduced rates for repeat clients or those with financial need. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your due date.
