Paisley was everything I didn’t know I needed. She kept me grounded during labor, reminded me to breathe, and just brought such a calming presence into the room. My partner and I felt so supported the whole time.

Postpartum was a whole other journey, and she was right there for that too, checking in, helping me figure out breastfeeding, and just being someone I could talk to when everything felt overwhelming. She made such a difference during such a vulnerable time. I’m so thankful we had her.

Working with Paisley from Gracious Beginnings Doula Care was one of the best decisions I made during my pregnancy. From the moment we connected, she made me feel seen, heard, and fully supported. Her calm presence, wealth of knowledge, and genuine care made such a difference — not only during labor but in the weeks leading up to it and after my baby arrived. She took the time to understand my birth preferences, helped me feel more confident and prepared, and was a true advocate when I needed it most. Postpartum, she checked in on me, helped me navigate those early newborn days, and reminded me to take care of myself too. You can tell that this work is deeply personal to her, and her passion shows in everything she does. I can’t recommend her enough — she’s more than a doula, she’s a gift.
