I cannot express my gratitude to Medina enough for being an amazing Doula and support system during my pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey! At My Meaningful Health, Medina provided me with insightful information, practices and resources for me to reach my VBAC goal. She gave me a strong sense of confidence and security during my challenging pregnancy. I had a C-section 17 months ago and my OB team doubted that I would be able to successfully have a VBAC this pregnancy. I’m so thankful that I worked closely with Medina to prepare my mind, body and womb to deliver my baby this time around. She was very professional, empathetic and knowledgeable during the whole process. Her expertise and passion for birth work is evident! I was able to successfully have a VBAC after working with My Meaningful Health! I recommend Medina as a Doula for any expectant mom that wants a beautiful birth experience!!

I’m 39 weeks pregnant and very hard to please at this point, but my prenatal massage with Medina was absolutely out of this world. From the moment she arrived and set everything up in my home, she brought such a peaceful, grounded presence. It felt like I already knew her — her warmth, calm energy, and professionalism immediately put me at ease.

The massage itself was nothing short of magical. Her pressure and pacing were perfect — so intuitive, so effective. I had been dealing with some sciatic pain for a few days, but when I stood up after the session, the pain was completely gone. I also felt noticeably more balanced and aligned on both sides of my body, like she had helped me reset.

Medina is truly a miracle worker, not just with her hands, but with her spirit. I felt so deeply nourished, both physically and emotionally. Her care and presence had a huge impact on my mental health as well as my body. I cannot wait to book her again postpartum. If you’re considering a massage with Medina — do it. She’s an absolute gem.
