There are three packages. In the highest package clients are offered 8 visits, and in the lowest package clients are offered 4. these visits can be utilized in both pregnancy and postpartum. In these visits we will discuss and learn a slew of things such as: -Consultation -Discuss birth goals -Feeding plan -Child birth ed -Stages of labor -Positions to support labor -Breathing techniques -Lactation education -Establishing and maintaining supply -Signs of good and poor feeds -Early initiation of breastfeeding -Golden hour -Postpartum -Breastfeeding support -Recovery (binding) -Babywearing -Bonding
