Leanna is an amazing doula, my husband and I cannot say enough positive things. Hiring her turned out to be one of the best decisions we made for our birth experience. I cannot express enough gratitude for her presence and genuinely don’t know if I could have succeeded at my desired outcome without her. I was reluctant to hire a doula at all, uncertain that I really needed one, but decided the additional support would only be helpful during my first birth with the goal of delivering naturally.

From our first meeting, my husband and I felt she aligned with our values incredibly well which was extremely important for us. We asked for her honest opinion on certain topics because we valued her insight and it was our first time making some of the many decisions involved with having a baby. She shared in the most respectful and honest way possible. She spent many hours with us during the prenatal appointments which allowed us to get to know her better and feel very comfortable. We asked a lot of questions and covered a lot of topics that led us to feel more at ease with our plan going ahead. Her knowledge and expertise helped us to better understand expectations and she assisted with creating our birth plan. I appreciated that she emphasized the importance of mental and emotional preparation and allowing space for the possibility of things not going exactly as planned.

When it came time for birth, she was there as soon as we needed. I ended up with a very long labor and a couple unexpected aspects but she never wavered and stayed with us through its entirety. She offered guidance in moments of uncertainty that was paired with her understanding of my goals. She helped advocate for my wishes in every way, big and small.

Additionally, she encapsulated my placenta which is such a special service to add.

Truly, we cannot recommend her more and look forward to having her with us when it’s time for #2.

I am so grateful to have had Leanna as my doula. She was an incredible blessing throughout my entire journey. From discussing every doctor’s appointment to the most challenging moments, she was there with unwavering support. When I had to make difficult decisions, Leanna gave me the space to listen to my intuition and trust the process. During my time in the hospital she stayed by my side in spirit, coordinating care, and checking in on me at every step. She even brought me things from my car when I was leaving the hospital and asked all the right questions to my doctors after birth. Leanna didn’t just support me physically, she gave me peace of mind and an anchor when things felt overwhelming. I honestly don’t know how I would have navigated that birth without her. She is simply amazing. She still checks in on me and baby months later and is such a kind and genuine woman. If you are looking for a doula who will advocate for you, care for you, and walk with you through every twist and turn, Leanna is the one.

From the moment we met Leanna we knew she was going to the right fit for us. To start off we had an extremely hard time getting anyone healthcare and doula wise to accept us; I was due December 18th as a first time mom. This meant my due date was most likely going to be a holiday. Leanna was so warm and personable. She really got to know us and made us excited about the pregnancy and delivery. She answered so many "first time parents" questions and was flexible with scheduling. Originally we planned for a birthing center, but I was transferred at 40W 5D due to low amniotic fluid. She met us at the hospital and quickly calmed me down to the changing situation. My husband was also nervous and she guided him in the support team as well. Her presence in my 24 hour labor was unparalleled. Her counter pressure technique and mental relaxation ideas were excellent. I delivered a beautiful Christmas baby and truly couldn't have done it without her. My husband and I are so grateful! If you are looking for a hard working, calm, and skilled doula Leanna is your gal!!

Leanna is a natural doula and an incredible asset during labor and birth. I recently had the pleasure of having Leanna as my doula for my fourth baby, and I couldn't imagine doing it without her. She has an instant calming energy, an amazing intuition, and helps you tap into your own intuition. We called her to our house early in the morning, but by the time she arrived my labor had stalled. She stayed with me for a couple hours, and eventually decided she should go help another client since nothing was happening with me.. with a little bit of rest, my labor came back with a force. I told Leanna that I felt I might need to head to the hospital soon, so she called me to listen to my labor. After a short conversation and one big contraction she helped me decide it was time to head in. At the hospital, I was already in transition and needing lots of comfort measures. Leanna was there by my side providing some light touch massage, a cold roller on my sacrum, offering sips of water, providing ice cold washcloths and giving words of encouragement. Once baby made her appearance, she was by my side through my hemorrhage (which was super scary) and took some amazing photos that we will cherish forever. Leanna made our experience as comfortable as possible, and I couldn't recommend her more!

I had the pleasure of having Leanna as a shadowing doula during the birth of my first child, and I’m so grateful she was part of that experience. From the moment I first met her, I felt completely at ease—her calm and peaceful energy made me feel instantly comfortable and safe.

Even though I had the option to decide whether or not she would attend my birth, it didn’t take long for me to feel confident in welcoming her into such an intimate and powerful moment in my life. She was respectful, supportive, and brought such grounding presence to the room.

She was part of what turned out to be an incredible, unmedicated, and truly transformative labor and birth experience. I’m so thankful she was there, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a warm, intuitive, and steady doula.
