We feel incredibly lucky to have had Luiza as our night doula during our newborn’s first few weeks. I still remember the first night we were back from the hospital. We were so nervous with our hungry and fussy baby who didn’t want to latch. She showed up, helped us soothe the baby, helped me set up the breast pump, and fed the colostrum to the baby. When I saw our baby being content and happy, I knew we could depend on Luiza. 

She is highly professional, incredibly organized, and deeply knowledgeable. What also sets her apart is how much she genuinely loves babies. She doesn’t treat this as just a job—she truly cares. She even did a prenatal visit with us to get familiar with our home and gave us hands-on training. Later when the doctor suggested we do triple feeding, she patiently supported us, made yummy lactation oat bites, gave us feeding tips, and encouraged us when we were in doubt. Our baby gained good weight and caught up in percentile within the first month, and I want to thank her for all the support.

Within the time with our family, she not only provided excellent hands-on care, but also showcased systematic baby caring approaches and effectively educated us on it. In addition to performing excellently during her shifts, she also put together a thoughtful and customized plan for our baby’s routine that helps us care for the baby continuously after her contract. These all gave us confidence as new parents and we really appreciate them. 

With Luiza, we knew that our baby was in the best hands. She became part of our lives and we missed her just days after the contract ended. Even now, we feel that if we ever have questions or concerns about our baby, she is someone we can always turn to. We really appreciate her help and highly recommend her to all parents.

We had the privilege of having Luiza in our home for 10 weeks after our baby's birth, and we will without a doubt hire her again for our second. Her presence has a way of instantly calming you. She is thoughtful, deeply caring, and she loves what she does. Luiza is incredibly detail-oriented. She offers helpful options and provides the best soothing techniques, guidance on newborn care, education on sleep and routines and much more. Luiza goes above and beyond.

She makes an effort to stay in touch, checks in with genuine care, and becomes someone you trust wholeheartedly. We're so grateful for her and recommend her to any family. She really is the best.

Luiza came into our home a week after we returned from the hospital, and her support was truly beyond words. Even though we had prepared ourselves with everything we could think of, when the time came we quickly realized we needed a Doula, and Luiza was the perfect fit for our family.

Her care, compassion, and knowledge are undeniable. She brought such a calming presence into our home, helping us feel truly seen, supported, and cared for during such a challenging time. From guiding us with breastfeeding and newborn care, to encouraging rest and reminding us to care for ourselves, she provided exactly what we needed in each moment.
