We had the privilege of working with Jier as our postpartum doula for four weeks following the birth of our first child via C-section, and we can’t overstate how essential her presence was to our recovery, adjustment, and overall well-being during that transformative time.

From the moment Jier stepped into our home, she brought a calm, grounded energy that immediately put us at ease. Navigating the early weeks of parenthood—especially following major surgery—is overwhelming, and Jier intuitively knew how to support us in ways that were both deeply practical and emotionally meaningful. She offered guidance without judgment, encouragement without pressure, and support that felt completely personalized to us.

Perhaps most importantly, she helped us build confidence as new parents. She answered our many questions with grace, shared evidence-based practices, and reassured us in those moments when doubt crept in. Watching her care for our little one with such tenderness and skill gave us both peace of mind and practical tools we continue to use today.
