Type of practice: Solo practice

Clients per month: 1 births and 1 to 2 postpartum families

Postpartum limits/restrictions: No cigarette smokers or big dogs, cannot provide childcare for siblings, light housekeeping and meal preparation limited to needs for mom and baby only. 4-hour maximum for daytime postpartum visits and 8-hour maximum for overnight postpartum support services.

Fee Details

Birth doula services package ($3000) includes 3 prenatal, labor and delivery support and 3 postpartum visits. For labor and delivery support support only, the service starts at $1200 for 12 hours on-site support during active labor. 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon signing of a birth doula services contract, the remaining balance is due at 38 weeks or the onset of labor, whichever occurs first.
