Ashley was a postpartum overnight doula for me this August and she made the postpartum experience so much better. I originally did not think that I would need the support of a postpartum doula, having a different image of the "village" I would have after having our first baby. Ashley showed up as a village and then some. She was so supportive of my parenting style and in tune with the needs of my baby and myself! Immediately upon meeting her I felt comfortable with her being with our baby overnight so I could rest, which is saying something because I truly struggled to feel okay with anyone else watching my baby postpartum. She has a calm demeanor and is such a kind person. My baby had very bad reflux that he needed extra care for of being held upright for 30-40 minutes after a feeding. I was determined to have a successful breastfeeding journey and had to make dietary changes for my baby. Ashley shared allergen friendly recipes with me, held our baby upright all night long on rough nights, and did it all with a smile even though he was a bit of a tricky baby. She even brought me a home made sign with our baby's name on it we have hung up in the nursery now. On top of her tender heart and caring she would always show up early for her shift and would not leave until all the bottles were washed. I imagine without the support of Ashley my "4th trimester" would have led me to feelings of despair and guilt but truly having the ability to rest and recharge helped me think with a clear mind and bond so deeply with my baby. I am grateful for her help and feel like I truly can enjoy motherhood.

It was very delightful experience for me when I hired Ashley as my postpartum doula.

She helped me a lot for my breathing journey.

She is bery knowledgeable and always learning new skills so that she can help to her clients in all the ways.

She is also very loving and caring person which makes her best at her work as a doula. Within very few days we became very good friends.

I will surely recommend everyone to hire Ashley as their doula.

I am a Lactation Educator, Doula, Medical Assistant, Birth Assistant, and Primary Student Midwife. I have known Ashley for about a year now and have had the privilege of observing her in action as a doula. She is, without question, phenomenal.

Ashley demonstrates unwavering commitment to her clients, meeting them exactly where they are with compassion, strength, and grace. Her availability and flexibility are unmatched—she works tirelessly to accommodate each family’s needs and schedules, always with the sole focus of making their lives easier and more supported. Her presence is calm, grounding, and professional, and she brings a depth of knowledge and emotional intelligence to every birth space she enters.

Ashley is not only a trusted colleague but someone I would personally call upon to support me if I ever needed a doula. Her dedication to her clients’ well-being is evident in everything she does, and her standard of care is one of the highest I’ve seen. She shows up fully for those she serves—with heart, wisdom, and an unshakable sense of purpose.

I wholeheartedly recommend Ashley as a doula. Anyone who has the opportunity to work with her will be truly fortunate.

Ashley  was my unofficial doula for the birth of my son in 2023. Although she was not officially a licenced doula yet, I knew I wanted her there for the birth, as she holds the perfect balance of enthusiastic joy and calming support.

Ashley was immensely helpful through pregnancy and birth. During my pregnancy and for many months after having my child, I often called her for advice. Ashley is wonderful in how she helps me lean into and trust my mama instincts while also providing practical advice when I need it. When I was getting close to the due date, Ashley often checked up on me and communicated well as I was going into labor. During the first stage of labor and transition, I was surprised to find I wanted more space from my support team than I expected. Ashley recognized and was respectful of this, providing me with the space I needed and checking in every so often to make sure my husband and I also had the support we needed. Later in the birth process, I felt the need for more coaching and support, which Ashley stepped in to provide. Despite not being officially certified yet, she gave a lot of ideas that were very helpful in those final stages of labor.

The weekend I gave birth to my son, Ashley officially became a certified doula and spent time self-reflecting and talking with me about ways she could improve as a doula. She continues to show eagerness to learn more and work on self-improvement.

I can’t think of any other way to summarize my experience with Ashley as my doula other than to redundantly use the word support. Ashley fostered a supportive environment by directly supporting me with everything from suggestions to holding my hand while I pushed out my baby and my husband caught him, supporting my husband so that he could continue to be my rock when he was overwhelmed, and supporting us all as a family once my baby was born. I would highly recommend Ashley as a doula to any momma.

Ashley was an absolutely incredible doula throughout my entire pregnancy, labor, and birth. From the beginning, she was supportive, attentive, and intentional about getting to know me and my partner. She helped us create a birth plan that reflected our values and made sure we felt informed and empowered at every stage. By the time labor began, it truly felt like we had a trusted family member by our side.

My labor ended up being very long and intense—our baby was posterior and I had an unmedicated water birth at a birth center. Ashley never left our side. She brought so many tools that made all the difference: heat packs, a TENS unit, counter pressure, and more. She intuitively knew what to do and when to do it, and her calm, grounded presence helped me stay focused and strong.

My partner still jokes that he couldn’t have done it without Ashley—and honestly, I agree. She supported him just as much as she supported me, helping him feel confident and capable throughout the whole experience.

Ashley made our birth experience not only manageable, but truly beautiful and memorable. We are so incredibly grateful for her and would recommend her to absolutely anyone. She’s more than a doula—she’s a true gift.

Ashley was my doula for the birth of my first son in April of 2024. My husband and I interviewed many doulas and were unanimous in hiring Ashley after our first meeting. She was prepared, organized and excited! You could palpably feel she loved her job and truly wanted to be part of your experience. I planned on having a natural birth in a birth center and after a completely unexpected 60 hours of grueling natural labor, I was transfered for an emergent c section. I could not have survived this birth without the Lord, my husband, my midwife and Ashley. Ashley came in the OR with us and supported me all 72 hours (WHO DOES THAT???). She was excellent with her physical help for pain and positioning during the natural portion and excelled beyond my expectations with the emotional support. 13 months later and we are still talking about what Ashley meant to us! She helped me breastfeed during golden hour after all the interventions and she brushed my hair, and loved on me. It blessed me beyond belief. I was exhausted and scared and she was grounded for my husband and I. She knew all my wishes for baby interventions prior to labor and advocated for me in the hospital without me having to ask. She spoke with the nurses and helped me have those desires heard during the transfer. She is forever connected to my family and gave us a gift of support we could have never imagined we needed. If you need a doula who will love your family and baby as much as you, hire Ashley!
