Postpartum limits/restrictions: For regular postpartum doula services, I will come to your home and help you by performing light cleaning (kitchen, living room, baby's room), laundry, and organizing. I am happy to hold your baby so you can nap, shower or complete other tasks. If you are experiencing PPD or PPA, my services as a Clinical Hypnotherapist are appropriate for that.
