Klarity Coleman has been an invaluable part of my birth and postpartum journey as a dedicated full spectrum doula, from fertility, labor, birth and the postpartum period. From the very beginning, they created a space where I felt safe, supported, and truly seen. They quickly became a trusted confidante in my life—someone I could share even my darkest thoughts with without ever feeling judged.
Their work in hypnotherapy was especially powerful throughout my journey. During my fertility process, Klarity created hypnotherapy scripts that I listened to repeatedly, helping me calm my nervous system, trust my body, trust the process, and stay grounded during an emotionally intense time. I only had one embryo to work with—and that one embryo stuck and became my baby boy, who is now 10 months old.
Later in my pregnancy, when I was navigating both a placenta previa diagnosis and gestational diabetes, their hypnotherapy sessions became an essential source of strength and support. They created personalized scripts tailored specifically to my situation, including ones focused on supporting my body with blood sugar regulation. I truly believe this work helped my body stay more balanced during that time and my placenta moved into an optimal position and my blood sugar numbers went down.
As my birth unfolded and ultimately became a cesarean rather than the vaginal birth I had originally hoped for, Klarity’s support remained steady and deeply reassuring. Through hypnotherapy and their presence as my doula, they helped me process the shift in plans with acceptance and strength, allowing me to move through the experience feeling supported rather than defeated.
Klarity shows up as a powerful advocate and deeply caring guide. Their expertise in both hypnotherapy and doula care creates a truly transformative experience for mothers navigating one of the most vulnerable and profound seasons of life.

Klarity is a healer in the traditional sense of the word. Working with them was a healing experience for my husband and me. Their prenatal classes, hypnotherapy sessions and personalized hypno scripts prepared us not only for the birth, but for becoming parents as well. We could not have asked for a more caring and qualified doula.

Klarity has a wealth of training and experience and brought it all into their work with us. Pregnancy and birth can be places where systemic injustices are glaringly present, and we were so thankful for their social justice mindset and wise advice and advocacy. 

Thanks to our work together, I had the calm, empowered birth I hoped for! I write this now with one hand - my precious, long awaited baby is in the other.
