Birth Hypnotherapy is also known as Hypnobirthing. I specialize in anxiety, birth, fertility, and prenatal yoga, with a strong focus on fear release and trauma-informed hypnotherapy. As a birth trauma specialist, I help families navigate getting pregnant, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with confidence, using proven techniques to ease fear and promote a positive experience.
