Birth Doula Services include: - A complimentary consultation to see if we’re a good fit - An in-depth intake session to explore your birth preferences and goals. Together, we will create a custom birth plan rooted in your values, needs, and hopes for your birth experience. - A second prenatal visit closer to your due date to revisit your birth preferences, practice basic coping skills, and ensure you feel grounded and ready. - Regular check-ins and ongoing availability via phone, text, or email throughout your pregnancy - 24/7 on-call availability beginning at 37 weeks - Continuous physical, emotional, and informational support during labor and birth - A postpartum visit to process your experience and offer support during early recovery. * I'm currently offering a reduced rate through September 2025 when I anticipate completion of my DONA certification.
