My work as a doula, yoga educator, and advocate is deeply shaped by both lived experience and community-rooted service. In addition to supporting birthing families through Cedar + Pine Birth Collective, I’m actively involved in advancing perinatal mental health and birth equity across Florida and beyond. I’m currently a leader of the PMHD (Perinatal Mood and Health Disorders) Support Group through Postpartum Support International, where I facilitate space for connection, healing, and resourcing for birthing people navigating postpartum challenges. I’m also a pending board member for the PSI Florida Chapter, where I hope to expand outreach to underserved regions and strengthen culturally competent perinatal mental health advocacy across the state. As a proud member of the Central Florida Birth Network, I stay connected to local providers and birthworkers who are equally committed to making inclusive, holistic care the standard—not the exception. In 2017, I founded Your Neighborhood Health Plug, a nonprofit dedicated to bridging the gap between underserved communities and accessible wellness education. We offer workshops, resource guides, and community events centered on nervous system care, empowerment, and whole-person healing. Through each of these roles, I stay anchored in the belief that healing happens in community—and that systemic change starts with how we care for our most vulnerable.
At Cedar + Pine Birth Collective, we offer trauma-informed, culturally rooted birth support. My $2,888 package includes 3 prenatal sessions (1 in-home, 1 virtual, 1 floating for early pregnancy, induction prep, or provider visits), on-call support from 37 weeks, continuous labor support, 2 postpartum visits, and text support through 6 weeks. We support hospital, home, and birth center births, including VBAC and cesarean. Sliding scale ($1,600–$2,888) and payment plans available. FSA/HSA accepted. Insurance reimbursement is in progress. Add-on services like prenatal yoga and somatic support are also offered. Our care blends advocacy, nervous system tools, and education to help you feel seen, prepared, and centered every step of the way. We'd be honored to support your journey.
