I'm a mom of 4 and experienced Labor and Delivery nurse. I love everything pregnancy, birth and postpartum! As a birth doula the package includes 2 prenatal visits to cover birth plans and birth prep, up to 24 hours of labor assistance and 2 hours post partum to initiate bonding and feeding as well as 2 post partum home visits and access to questions via text/call up to 12 weeks postpartum. As a Post Partum doula I would visit the home after discharge from the and help with whatever is needed (light house keeping, laundry, dishes, meal prep, sibling care and help with your care and/or the baby). Breastfeeding and bottle feeding support is covered in the post-partum prices. I can taylor any of these plans to customize for what works for you and your family! *now accepting NYS Medicaid and Carrot benefit*
